Global Finance editors selected winners based on the input from industry analysts, corporate executives and banking consultants and the results of the Magazine’s corporate readership poll. The winners were announced at the Global Finance gala awards dinner at Harvard Club in New York City on Tuesday, 5 November. This outstanding achievement follows five earlier awards for TBC Bank’s consumer and corporate internet banking excellence in Georgia and in the Central and Eastern European region.

TBC Bank is pleased to announce that it has appointed two independent directors to its Supervisory Board.  At the General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 10, 2013, Nikoloz Enukidze and Nicholas Dominic Haag were appointed to replace Michael Hesketh and David Khazaradze, whose service term expired. The General Meeting of Shareholders expressed its special appreciation and thanks to David Khazaradze and Michael Hesketh for their work carried out during their term of service as members of the Supervisory Board.

TBC Bank announced today its Q1 2013 unaudited consolidated financial results, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
